The island of Kashikojima is surrounded by the natural abundance and scenic views of Ago Bay, one of the most beautiful spots in Japan. It is situated close to the great Shinto shrine of Ise Jingu, the spiritual home of the Japanese people. The Hiramatsu Hotels & Resorts Kashikojima is a small luxury hotel with eight rooms. Chef Masato Imamura makes lavish use of local produce, such as Ise-ebi spiny lobster and Matsusaka beef, to create an exquisite French cuisine. The guest rooms evoke the atmosphere of a European resort, with four rooms having their own hot spring bath. A private open air hot spring bath, a private Thalasso Spa and pool makes this the perfect place to relax and unwind.
In 2019, the restaurant was awarded its first star in the Michein Guide Aichi-Gifu-Mie 2019 Selection.

Abundant with natural blessings given from the Sagami Bay, with the calm weather and the good spring quality, Atami has been one of the most popular hot spring resorts, loved by many literary figures of the times. The Hiramatsu Hotels & Resorts Atami is built in the sukiya-zukuri style of architecture, which epitomizes the beauty of the traditional Japanese house. Chef Katsuya Miura invites you to enjoy classic French cuisine made of luxury local foodstuffs against the beautiful backdrop of the Sagami bay. There are thirteen guest rooms, all with their own private hot spring and ocean view.
