THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS ATAMI has been selected as one of the Best 10 Hotels in the Luxury Japan Award 2026 – Hotel & Ryokan Category, announced on December 3, 2025.

About the Luxury Japan Award
The Luxury Japan Award honors Japan’s leading luxury hotels, ryokan, and restaurants. Launched in 2022, the award aims to showcase the finest of Japanese luxury to a global audience of discerning travelers.
Based on an independent set of evaluation criteria, a selection committee chaired by architect Kengo Kuma chooses the Best 10 in both the Hotel & Ryokan Category and the Restaurant Category.
From among the Best 10, one property each is awarded the titles of Hotel of the Year and Restaurant of the Year.
