DINING

The hotel offers a French Restaurant, a Bar-Lounge with a wide range of kusu (aged awamoris) and Japanese whiskies, and a Café and Room Service serving food that draws on the essence of Okinawan cuisine. Enjoy gourmet dining experiences that only a hotel centred on a restaurant can offer.

A truly memorable dining experience

Since our first restaurant opened in 1982, Hiramatsu’s chefs have believed in the importance of meeting local producers, understanding the climate, and choosing ingredients in person. When you have travelled all the way to Okinawa, it’s natural to want to try food that embodies the essence of local cuisine. Our French restaurant, Café and Room Service make lavish use of the finest local produce, grown in the sun and wind of Okinawa, and draw on the culinary skill for which Hiramatsu is renowned, to create dishes unique to Ginoza that will forever be a treasured memory of your stay.
