CAN I SEND MY LUGGAGE IN ADVANCE?

Yes, we can store your luggage for up to 3 days prior to your stay.

CAN I SPECIFY DETAILS SUCH AS ROOM FLOOR,LOCATION, AND NUMBER?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for specific rooms.

DO YOU HAVE CONNECTIING ROOMS?

A total of 4 rooms (2 Standard Twin rooms and 2 Premium Twin Rooms) are available for use as connecting rooms. A total of 2 rooms can be used as connecting rooms. (For up to 4 guests in total).

COULD YOU PROVIDE INFORMATION ON RATES FOR CHILDREN?

Children over 12 years old are charged the same rate as adults.
Children from 6 years old to 12 years olds: ¥ 28,800 (Including bed, dinner(children course) and brrakfast
Children under 6 years old (preschool age): ¥ 7,700 (co-sleep, Including dinner and brekfast(both are child plates))
Children under 6 years old (preschool age), If bedding and meals are not required: Free of charge.

DO YOU HAVE AMENITIES AND LOAN ITEMS FOR CHILDREN?

To ensure a comfortable stay for families, we can provide amenities and loan items for children.
Children’s toothbrushes, slippers, beach sandals, loungewear, and shampoo and body soap are provided.
We can also provide a bed guard or change twin beds to a wide king size bed by attaching the beds together.
Baby cots are available. The number of cots is limited: please contact us at least one day prior to your stay to request this service.

Do you charge a cancellation fee in the event of a typhoon?

No cancellation fee will be charged if your flight is cancelled because of a typhoon. Please let us know as soon as possible if your flight is cancelled, and we will take care of the cancellation process.

Can I bring my pets with me?

Unfortunately, the hotel cannot accommodate pets.

What is the view from guest rooms?

The view from guest rooms differs according to room type, but every room has a terrace with a view of the Pacific Ocean and the Yambaru forest. Please note that the view may be partially obscured by buildings, etc.

CAN I DELIVER LUGGAGE OR SOUVENIRS?

We also assist with delivery arrangements.
We provide packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, so please inquire if you wish to use this service.Please note that deliveries outside the prefecture may take extra time. Additionally, there are certain items, such as Awamori,
that cannot be included in shipments.

Do you have rooms that will accommodate 4 guests?

Private Pool Villa Suites can sleep up to 4 guests (elementary school age and above) if 2 extra beds are placed in the living-room building. Please note that only the bedroom building has a toilet and bathroom.

WHAT IS IN THE REFRIGERATOR?

Mineral water, local beers and juices are available. (Some items are subject to charge).

IS THERE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?

Free of charge: Self-service laundry (washing machine, dryer, detergent)and two swimwear spin dryers are available in the lounge building.

CAN I CONNECT TO THE INTERNET IN THE ROOM?

Guests can use Wi-Fi for free.

WHEN CAN I USE VILLA SUITE POOLS?

As the water is not heated, we recommend using the pools between April and October, when the weather is warmer.

CAN I USE BATH PRODUCTS IN THE JET BATH?

Many bath products contain fine particles and oils that can damage the jet bath mechanism. Please use bath products (including bath foam) only in the indoor bathtub.
Jet baths are expected to relax, massage, and increase blood flow through moderately strong vibrations.

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT THE HOTEL AFTER CHECK-OUT?

You can leave your luggage at the hotel until the end of the day on which you check out. Please ask our staff if you would like to take advantage of this service.
(Please take any valuables, fragile items or items that are sensitive to heat or moisture with you.)

DO I NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR GINOZA TIME OR MASAN TIME?

You don’t need a reservation, and participation is free. Just come along at any time between 4.00pm and 5.00pm. Please note that Ginoza Time and Masan Time may be suspended during bad weather.

WHAT DINING FACILITIES DOES THE HOTEL OFFER?

The hotel has a Main Dining Room and a Café. The Main Dining Room serves full-course menus of French cuisine that makes lavish use of local ingredients. The Café serves a variety of dishes, depending on the time of day, including Okinawan cuisine, pasta, curries and other light meals, and steak.

CAN I TAKE MEALS IN MY ROOM?

Room service is available, but dinner and breakfast, where included in your plan, are served in the Main Dining Room.

DO YOU HAVE A PRIVATE DINING ROOM?

The hotel has two private dining rooms, but depending on the weather (including the wind) these rooms may not be available, and therefore we cannot accept reservations

IS THERE ANYWHERE IN THE HOTEL WHERE I CAN TAKE LUNCH?

The Café, on the 1st floor of the Lounge Building, also offers a lunch menu.

There is no specific dress code. However, please refrain from wearing the Loungewear and slippers provided in your room around the hotel.

While we do not have a dedicated menu, we can accommodate vegan preferences. Please inform us by 10 days before your visit.

CAN I REQUEST SMALLER PORTIONS FOR MY MEALS?

We can adjust portion size to suit your preference. Please let us know your requirements in advance.

CAN I BRING MY OWN WINE?

You are welcome to bring your own wine. However, there is a corkage fee of ¥6,600 (tax included) per bottle. *There is no corkage fee for consuming your own wine in your guest room.We kindly request that guests refrain from bringing their own glasses.

I AM NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL. CAN I MAKE A RESERVATIONS FOR MEALS ONLY.

Reservations for dinner time only can be made one month in advance through the official website or by phone.

CAN I TAKE MEALS WITH FRIENDS WHO ARE NOT HOTEL GUESTS?

Non-hotel guests are admitted only for dinner, but if the dining room is already fully occupied by hotel guests, it may not be possible to provide seats for them. Please note that only the Main Dining Room is open to non-hotel guests, and that non-hotel guests are not permitted to view or enter occupied guest rooms or other hotel facilities.

WHAT MEALS ARE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS STAYING MORE THAN ONE NIGHT?

The content of menus for stay plans that include dinner and breakfast changes daily. On days when the plan does not include dinner, full-course menus and lighter meals are also available to hotel guests. Please ask our staff for details.

Swimming floats are permitted, provided they do not inconvenience other guests.

We have swimming floats for hire, suitable for children and adults, but please note that numbers are limited.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A PRIVATE BEACH?

You can access the beach directly from the hotel grounds, but it is not a private beach, and no beach parasols or other amenities are provided. Please exercise due caution when swimming as the beach has no jellyfish nets.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A SPA ROOM?

Yes, the hotel has a spa room offering treatments that draw on Okinawa’s natural bounty.

Main Dining Room and Lounge

There are several steps between the entrance of the Main Dining Room and the seating area, but our staff will provide assistance if required. The Main Dining Room has a multi-purpose toilet. We can also provide a cart for transport between your room and the Main Dining Room. Please let our staff know if you would like to take advantage of this service.

Guest rooms

One of the Executive Twin Rooms is barrier-free except for one small step at the entrance. You can request this room when booking your stay, but unfortunately we are unable to accept reservations.

Wheelchairs, shower chairs, bath steps, etc can be provided on request, but please note that there are no handrails, etc in guest rooms (including bathrooms).

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A BATHROOM WITH A STOMA-FRIENDLY TOILET?

Yes, the hotel has a bathroom with a stoma-friendly toilet in the dining.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A SHOP?

The hotel shop is situated in the Lounge and offers a range of products, including Hiramatsu original merchandise, Ryukyu glass and shisa guardian lion figurines, but please note that it does not stock daily necessities. A convenience store, pharmacy and other shops can be found around 5-10 minutes’ drive from the hotel.

CAN I HIRE A SWIMWEAR?

We only sell swimwear; we do not hire it

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A GYM AND SAUNA?

We do not have gym or sauna facilities.

ARE THERE GOOD PLACES TO GO FOR A WALK NEAR THE HOTEL?

The landscape around the hotel is typical of Okinawa, with sugarcane fields, but please avoid walking at night as there is little street lighting and you may encounter wild animals. Please also take precautions against heat stroke in summer, as there are no tall buildings in the area, and little natural shade.

CAN YOU PROVIDE INFORMATION ON LOCAL TOURIST ATTRACTIONS?

Ginoza is situated in the central part of Okinawa Main Island, and is only a short drive from a range of popular attractions including Churaumi Aquarium, Kourijima Island and Yachimun no Sato, home of traditional Okinawan ceramics. Churaumi Aquarium is about an hour away. For more information, click here.

IS THERE A PLACE TO BUY SOUVENIRS NEARBY?

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from Michinoeki Ginoza (Ginoza Roadside Station), where you can buy umibudo seaweed harvested off Ginoza and sweets, etc made in the village. Michinoeki Kyoda (Kyoda Roadside Station) is around 30 minutes away by car, but has one of the widest souvenir selections of all roadside stations in the prefecture.

CAN YOU ARRANGE ANY ACTIVITIES?

We can provide information on activities. Many of these are organized by private individuals and can take a little time to arrange, so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to take part. For more information, click here.

ARE THERE ANY ACTIVITIES I CAN TAKE PART IN AT THE HOTEL?

On Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings, the hotel organizes a free Sunrise Yoga session. A yoga mat is provided in each guest room, and we can arrange private yoga lessons for a fee. For more information, click here

CAN I GET MEDICATION FOR A SUDDEN ILLNESS?

In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we do not provide medicines.
Please prepare any medication you may need in advance of your visit, or ask at the front desk for information on hospitals and pharmacies near the hotel. (Please note that these may not be open at all times, depending on the time of day or day of the week.)
Please inform our staff if you experience any symptoms such as fever or vomiting during your stay.

CAN I EARN HIRAMTASU MENMBER POINTS?

Only guests who make reservations by telephone or through our official website are eligible for Hiramatsu Member benefits.
(Please note that points will not be awarded and cannot be used for any expenses other than room charges (such as food and beverages) when reservations are made through reservation sites or travel agencies).

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR FILM VIDEOS INSIDE THE HOTEL?

Yes, please feel free to take photos and film videos and record memories of your stay, including your meals. However, to avoid annoyance to other guests, please do not use drones or photograph other guests without permission.
