Awarded 3 Toques — Gault & Millau 2026

Our restaurant has been awarded 3 Toques in Gault & Millau 2026 for the fourth consecutive year, a Paris-born guide evaluating the entire dining experience from reservation to farewell.

We are delighted to share that our restaurant has been featured in the internationally renowned French restaurant guide Gault & Millau 2026, and has been awarded 3 Toques for the fourth consecutive year.
This recognition would not have been possible without the support of the region’s exceptional producers, as well as the continued patronage of our guests. On behalf of our Executive Chef Kinoshita and the entire team, we extend our sincere thanks.
Looking ahead, we will continue to work closely with the local community, striving to further refine both our restaurant and the overall hotel experience.
We very much appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming you.

About Gault & Millau
Founded in Paris in 1972 by French journalists Henri Gault and Christian Millau, Gault & Millau is one of the world’s leading restaurant guides, often mentioned alongside Michelin.
Guided by a set of standards shared across 15 countries, the guide evaluates every aspect of the dining experience—from the moment a reservation is made to the final farewell—while recognising all those who contribute to the restaurant as a whole. At its heart lies a simple purpose: to convey the pleasure and emotion of dining.
The guide is also known for its distinctive yellow cover, marked with red lettering, a familiar sight on bookstore shelves.
The 2026 edition features 581 restaurants selected from across Japan’s 47 prefectures, including several in Okinawa. We invite you to explore the guide.
