Our treatments, inspired by Okinawa’s clear sky, boundless cobalt blue sea, starry nights and beautiful moon, and the energy of its bountiful natural environment, are designed to relax and restore balance to mind and body. * After discussing your needs, staff will show you to your spa room.
* One of the two spa rooms will accommodate two clients.
* The duration of each programme is treatment time + approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
* All spa treatments require advance reservation.
* Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment. Please note that a cancellation fee of ¥15,000 (including consumption tax) will be charged for any cancellations after 6.00pm on the day before your appointment.
* Please note that in case of late arrival, treatment programmes may have to be shortened.
* All treatments are available to both male and female clients.
* Disposable paper shorts are provided for your use during treatments. As some oil may remain on your skin after your treatment, we suggest that you wear the loungewear and beach sandals provided in the guest room when attending the spa.
* Contact lenses can be worn during treatments. If you wish to remove your lenses, please bring your own case.
* Please note that there are no lockers in the spa room. The hotel will not accept responsibility for any loss or theft of personal items or valuables.
* Please let us know in advance if you are receiving medical treatment for a chronic illness or disorder. Please note that in some cases we may be unable to offer treatments.
* For your safety, we may refuse to provide treatments if you are in poor health, under the influence of alcohol, or have inflammation of the skin due to sunburn, etc.
* No cancellation fee will be charged if we are unable to offer treatments because of your state of health on the day.
* For clients who are close to giving birth, we offer a maternity course. Please obtain the approval of your physician before booking. Please note that we are unable to offer body treatments until after the 20th week of pregnancy.
CHIMU KUKURU - Daichi (The Earth) Facial & Body
Chimu Kukuru means “warm heart of the people of Okinawa” in Okinawa dialect. Experience the bounty of Okinawa with a full body and facial treatment combining “Ryukyu Holistic Massage” and a “Hydrating Facial”.

* All spa treatments require advance reservation. Please come to the Café in the 1st-floor Reception Lounge at the time of your appointment.
* Under some circumstances, same-day reservations may be accepted. Please feel free to ask the hotel staff if an appointment is available.
* The duration of each programme is treatment time + approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
* Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations after 6.00pm on the day before your appointment.
* For clients who are close to giving birth, we offer a maternity course. Please note that we are able to offer treatments only to clients after the 20th week of pregnancy who have the approval of their physician.
* We may refuse to provide treatments if you are under the influence of alcohol or your skin is in poor condition (inflamed due to sunburn, etc).
