CAN I SEND MY LUGGAGE IN ADVANCE?

Yes, we can store your luggage for your stay. 
When sending luggage in advance, please clearly indicate your reservation name and check-in date on the shipping label,and send it to the following address.Please note that you should bring by yourself valuables, fragile items, or items requiring temperature and humidity control check in day.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION ?

We accept reservations up to 6 months in advance.
Please note that for dates not yet shown on the website, rates are not confirmed.

ARE EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for early check-in or late check-out.
It is possible to wait in the lounge of the hotel.
If you plan to arrive before check-in time (3.00pm), we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance.

WE WILL BE STAYING FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION, SUCH AS AN ANNIVERSARY. CAN YOU ARRANGE FOR FLOWERS OR CAKES?

For special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, we are delighted to offer cakes services.
Please request these services by the deadline below.

Dessert plate: Message free of charge (available until the day of)
Cake: ¥2,500, ¥3,500 (Please order at least two days before the anniversary date) Tax and service charge are not included.

CAN I SPECIFY DETAILS SUCH AS ROOM FLOOR,LOCATION, AND NUMBER?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for specific rooms.

DO YOU HAVE CONNECTIING ROOMS?

We do not have connecting rooms, but we can accommodate requests for rooms close to each other for your party. Please note that depending on the room type and availability on the day.

CAN YOU PROVIDE INFORMATION ON RATES FOR CHILDREN?

Children over age 12 will be charged adult rates.
Children sharing a bed with adults (up to age 8) stay free of charge.
If your child requires children’s meals, please let us know by 3 days before your stay begins.
If you are making your reservation online, please use the “Notes” field to let us know the number of accompanying children and their ages.

Baby bed (up to 24 months), per night: free of charge

DO YOU HAVE AMENITIES AND LOAN ITEMS FOR CHILDREN?

To ensure a comfortable stay for families, we can provide amenities and loan items for children.
Children’s toothbrushes, slippers, loungewear, and shampoo and body soap are provided.

We can also provide a baby cot. The number of cots is limited: please contact us at least one day prior to your stay to request this service.

DO YOU CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT OF A TYPHOON?

No cancellation fee is payable if no transport to the hotel is available.

CAN I BRING MY PETS WITH ME?

Unfortunately, the hotel cannot accommodate pets.

WHAT IS THE VIEW FROM THE ROOMS?

The guest rooms in the Annex all face the ocean.

CAN I DELIVER LUGGAGE OR SOUVENIRS?

We also assist with delivery arrangements.
We provide packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, so please inquire if you wish to use this service.

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AFTER CHECK-OUT?

Luggage can be kept after check-out for the same day only, so please ask our staff.
Please keep valuables, fragile items, and items that require temperature/humidity control with you.

ARE THE BATHS IN GUEST ROOMS HOT SPRING BATHS?

The baths in Main Building guest rooms are not hot spring baths. The baths in Annex guest rooms are hot spring baths.

WHAT LOAN ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE?

Please refer to the "AVAILABLE ON REQUEST" section for each room.

WHAT IS IN THE REFRIGERATOR?

Mineral water, beer, and soft drinks are available. (Some items are subject to charge).

IS THERE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?

Unfortunately, there is no on-site laundry service or washing machine available.

CAN I CONNECT TO THE INTERNET IN THE ROOM?

Guests can use Wi-Fi for free.

We have one dining room offering full-course French cuisine.

CAN I EAT IN MY ROOM?

Room service is available, but dinner and breakfast, where included in your plan, are served in the restaurant.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A PRIVATE DINING ROOM?

There are private dining rooms, but the number of rooms is limited,
We do not accept reservations.

IS THE RESTAURANT OPEN FOR LUNCH?

Unfortunately, the restaurant is not open for lunch, but room service is available from 1.00pm.

IS ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Food, wine and other beverages are available.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A DRESS CODE?

There is no specific dress code; however, please refrain from using the loungewear and slippers provided in the guestrooms.

DOES THE DINING ROOM HAVE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

There is no age restriction, and guests with children are welcome.

IS THERE A CHILDREN'S MENU?

Children's menus are available.
Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or food restrictions.

CAN WHEELCHAIRS AND PUSHCHAIRS BE USED IN THE DINING ROOM?

Wheelchairs and pushchairs are welcome. Please note that some areas have steps, and feel free to ask our staff for assistance.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES?

If you have allergy concerns, please inform us by the 7days before your visit. We will prepare a special menu to ensure you can enjoy your meal.

CAN I REQUEST SMALLER PORTIONS FOR MY MEALS?

We can adjust portion size to suit your preference. Please let us know your requirements in advance.

CAN I BRING MY OWN WINE?

You are welcome to bring your own wine. However, there is a corkage fee of ¥6,600 (tax included) per bottle. *There is no corkage fee for consuming your own wine in your guest room.

I AM NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL. CAN I MAKE A RESERVATIONS FOR MEALS ONLY?

Due to the limited number of seats, we are currently only accepting reservations for our staying guests.

DO YOU HAVE AN A LA CARTE MENU?

We currently do not offer an à la carte menu.

WHAT MEALS ARE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS STAYING MORE THAN ONE NIGHT?

The content of menus for stay plans that include dinner and breakfast changes daily.

CAN I TAKE MEALS WITH FRIENDS WHO ARE NOT HOTEL GUESTS?

Non-hotel guests are admitted only for dinner, but if the dining room is already fully occupied by hotel guests, it may not be possible to provide seats for them. Please note that only the Main Dining Room is open to non-hotel guests, and that non-hotel guests are not permitted to view or enter occupied guest rooms or other hotel facilities.

IS THERE ARE A SPA ROOM?

Yes, our Spa by Clayd Spa offers a luxurious private Thalasso pool and Clayd Spa therapies using natural clay from the United States. For more information click here.

AS COUPLE'S TREATMENTS AVAILABLE?

Treatment for two guests is available, depending on availability.

CAN I MAKE SAME-DAY SPA RESERVATION?

If available, we can schedule spa appointments on the same day.
Please ask our staff for details.

HOT SPRING
CAN NON-HOTEL GUESTS USE THE HOT SPRING BATHS?

Unfortunately, our hot spring baths (including private open-air baths) are not open to non-hotel guests.

CAN CHILDREN USE THE PRIVATE OPEN -AIR BATHS?

Children who are toilet-trained are allowed to use the private open-air baths.
We kindly ask that they are accompanied by an adult at all times.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESERVE A PRIVATE OPEN-AIR BATH IN ADVANCE?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept open-air bath reservations in advance.
We will ask you when you check in on the day of your stay. One reservation slot is available per room, per stay.

REGARDING BARRIER-FREE ACCOMMODATION
IS THE HOTEL BARRIER-FREE?

Unfortunately, the hotel has no lifts. Guest rooms in the Main Building are reached by the stairs, and there are steps inside some rooms in the Annex. There are also steps to the open-air hot spring bath (available for private bookings), and to the spa room.

ARE WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE ON LAON?

Yes, wheelchairs are available. As availability is limited, please make your request well in advance.

DO YOU HAVE ELEVATORS?

Unfortunately, there are no elevators in either the Main Building or the Annex.

IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?

All guest rooms (including the terraces and gardens) are non-smoking.
Please use the designated smoking areas located outside the lounge.

CAN I PARK MY CAR AT THE HOTEL?

Outdoor flat parking is available, reservations are not required.

CAN I CHARGE MY ELECTRIC CAR?

Charging space is available for 2 cars. Please bring your own cable and adaptor.

DO YOU HAVE A DAYCARE CENTRE?

Unfortunately, we do not have a daycare centre.

CAN YOU ARRANGE A BABYSITTER?

Unfortunately, we do not arrange babysitting services.

IS THERE A SHOP?

Yes, we sell a selection of original Hiramatsu but please note that it does not stock daily necessities.
A convenience store, pharmacy and other shops can be found around 15 minutes' drive from the hotel.

DOES THE HOTEL HABE A GYM AND SAUNA?

The hotel does not have a gym or sauna facilities.

ARE THERE GOOD PLACES TO GO FOR A WALK NEAR THE HOTEL?

Unfortunately, there are no good places to walk near the hotel.

ARE THERE ANY GOLF COURSES NEARBY?

Yes, there are golf courses nearby. Please contact us

CAN I GET MEDICATION FOR A SUDDEN ILLNESS?

In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we do not provide medicines.
Please prepare any medication you may need in advance of your visit, or ask at the front desk for information on hospitals and pharmacies near the hotel. (Please note that these may not be open at all times, depending on the time of day or day of the week.)
Please inform our staff if you experience any symptoms such as fever or vomiting during your stay.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS INSIDE THE HOTEL?

Yes, please feel free to take photos and film videos and record memories of your stay, including your meals. However, to avoid annoyance to other guests, please do not use drones or photograph other guests without permission.
