* All spa treatments require advance reservation.
* Same-day reservations are accepted, subject to availability.
* All treatments are available to both male and female clients.
* If you need to cancel a reservation, please let us know by the day before your appointment. Please note that a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged in the event of any cancellation without warning.
* Please note that in case of late arrival, treatment programmes may have to be shortened.
* Please wear a swimsuit in the Thalasso pool. Rental swimsuits are available at the facility.
* Hygienic disposable paper shorts are provided for your use during treatments. As some oil may remain on your skin after your treatment, we suggest that you wear the loungewear and beach sandals provided in your guest room when attending the spa.
* Contact lenses can be worn during treatments. If you wish to remove your lenses, please bring your own case.
* Please note that there are no lockers in the spa room. The hotel will not accept responsibility for any loss or theft of personal items or valuables.
* For your safety, we may refuse to provide treatments under certain circumstances. Please let us know at the time of booking (or before your session begins) if you are in poor health, suffer from high blood pressure or allergies, are menstruating, pregnant or breastfeeding, are receiving medical treatment or taking medication, or are under the influence of alcohol.
* For the comfort and safety of clients who are pregnant, we observe a number of precautions. Please note:
1．Our treatments are designed to be relaxing and are not intended as medical therapy or to overstimulate. For your safety, we may refuse to provide treatments, or offer a different treatment from the one you initially selected.
2．We will refuse to provide treatments
・before your second trimester (stable period),
・if you have been advised to rest by a physician, or
・if you are suffering from pregnancy-related high blood pressure, abdominal pain or bloating, or severe morning sickness, or your baby is in breech presentation; or if you are currently in poor health with symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, severe lethargy or fatigue.
