We are delighted to share that The Hiramatsu Karuizawa Miyota has been awarded Two MICHELIN Keys in the MICHELIN Guide Hotel Selection 2025, one of only three properties in Japan to receive an upgraded rating this year.

Nestled in a tranquil 60,000-square-meter forest, The Hiramatsu Karuizawa Miyota features 37 elegant guest rooms, including nine private villas, together with refined spaces such as the Takibi Lounge, Library Café, and Wellness Salon.
Its two restaurants showcase French and Italian cuisine inspired by the terroir of Shinshu, using carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Guided by the concept of “One Stay, One Full Course,” every detail of the hotel is designed to enrich each dish — and every moment — of your stay.
