HOT SPRING

Relax and unwind in your own hot spring bath, at any time of day. Breathe the clean highland air, and enjoy the way time slows down in the forest

Every guest room has its own semi-open air hot spring bath. The water is delivered daily from the Oshio Onsen hot spring, which is associated with the Sengoku period daimyo Takeda Shingen. Tradition has it that samurai wounded in battle during that era came there to convalesce. The water’s soft feel makes it particularly agreeable for bathing — in fact, you may feel you never want to get out!

Benefits: arthrosis, lumbago, neuralgia, frozen shoulder, bruising, sensitivity to cold, gastrointestinal function recovery, convalescence, fatigue, health promotion, insomnia, etc
